Peer Program
Our peer educators are young adults between the ages of 14 and 19, who live in Orange and San Bernardino counties. The peer program helps our young adults gain leadership skills while learning about sexual health and peer listening. Peers have two opportunities a year to become Certified Peer Educators. Some peers earn volunteer hours and some are offered school credit for participating.
Once certified they are able go out into the community and talk to friends and classmates about reducing teen pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections, health, and stress management.
